Bus driver who killed Kathleen Finnegan claimed the handbrake was faulty

A bus driver sobbed: ‘I’ve killed her’ after she mowed down a woman outside one of Britain’s busiest railway stations, a court heard. Kathleen Finnegan, 56, a property executive from New Malden, was hit by Albanian Mirsime Berisha, 49, in a double-decker outside Victoria Station on 29 January 2024.
