Two brothers ‘systematically swindled’ £2.7 million out of would-be investors selling worthless carbon credits, a court heard. Craig Brooks, 35, and Marvin Brooks, 34, are said to have conned dozens of victims in 2011 and 2012 after setting up firm Bric Global.
