A conman who tricked vulnerable victims out of more than £13,000 is likely to be set free again despite ripping off desperate tenants in another scam. Muhammad Mawji, 28, tricked four people, including an autistic man, after claiming he could get them work. Mawji told them all they had to do was take out a contract with Carphone Warehouse.
