Dad cleared of assault at the school gates

A father accused of flooring a mother outside a primary school after claiming her son had been bullying his child has been cleared of assault. Rory Hendricks, 29, allegedly assaulted Nehar Chowdury in the belief her six-year-old son had pushed and kicked his son at a primary school in Bow, east London.
