Death threats nurse is struck off

A deputy ward manager who posted a death threat against a colleague on Twitter has been thrown out of the nursing profession. Norman Mackenzie failed to report an absconder while working at Rochdale’s Scott House, which was run by Calderstones NHS Trust in Whalley, Lancs.
