Dog walker exercised eight pets at a time

A woman has been hauled into court after she was challenged by an animal welfare officer for taking too many dogs out for a walk. Sarah Jenkins, 55, was seen walking eight pets along the pavement of Kimber Road, running through King George’s Park, Earlsfield, on 9 January last year.
