Driver accused of killing student as she walked home

A driver accused of killing a university student as she walked home from a night out with friends will stand trial in February, a court heard. Tshan Henry, 28, allegedly collided with Yolanda Moore, 22, as she crossed a road by Stockwell Tube station, on August 5. Henry was doing ‘at least’ 48mph in a 30mph when he hit Ms Moore, Inner London Crown Court heard. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in the early hours…
