Drunk in the operating theatre

A hospital worker who reeked of booze and was unable to focus on the job during an emergency heart operation has been banned. Catrina Thomson  was ‘clumsy and distracted’ as the patient lay bleeding heavily during the procedure at London’s Guy’s Hospital in April 2015.
