Ex cop fights transphobia claims

A businessman investigated by police over a poem he posted on Twitter about transgenderism has begun a crusade for free speech at the High Court. Harry Miller, 54, is seeking a ‘judicial review’ of the hate crime guidelines followed by police forces across the UK, claiming they ‘inhibit freedom of expression’.
