Finance boss denies gym charity swindle

A financial director today (weds) denied stealing more than £900,000 from a charity that runs a House of Commons gym. Chasjit Verma, 37, allegedly fleeced her bosses at the Jubilee Hall Trust over a seven year period while in charge of the registered charity’s finances.
