Flasher tells court his privates are almost invisible

A flasher who exposed himself in the fountains at Piccadilly Circus told a court: ‘You’ll hardly notice my genitals.’ Graham Wells, 39, insisted he only showed off his bottom while covering his genitals after he was arrested in the early hours of 30 July.
