A lawyer who fleeced the Commonwealth and a leading US law firm in a £650,000 fraud has been jailed for seven and a half years. Joshua Brien, 47, diverted just over £150,000 into his bank account while employed as a legal adviser at the headquarters of the Commonwealth Secreteriat in central London.
