Former special constable caught with indecent images of children

A council worker and former special constable is facing jail after he was caught with an ‘immense’ child porn collection. Ian Lillywhite, 46, was caught with more than 18,000 indecent images of children on his computer by police in April 2016. The father of two used special software to mask his IP address as well as prevent his file sharing being monitored.
