Former TalkTalk executive loses unequal pay claim

A former TalkTalk executive who claimed she was paid less than her male colleagues has spoken of her disappointment after an employment tribunal rejected her case. Rebecca Burke, 43, was paid a basic salary of £110,000 as she helped lead the company’s cyber security programme in the wake of a high-profile data breach in 2015.
