A teenager tried to blow a dog walker’s head off with a shotgun during a ‘bad blood’ feud, a court heard. Antoine Mensah, 19, allegedly pointed the double-barrelled weapon at Javarn Carter-Fraser’s head and opened fire twice on Gascoigne Estate in Barking, east London.
