Topshop boss Sir Philip Green offered his ‘sincere apology’ for displaying an advert inspired by Netflix show ‘Stranger Things’ outside the retail chain’s flagship store. Advertisements for a promotion related to the hit US show’s second season premiere went up in Oxford Street just before Halloween last year despite warnings from Westminster Council.
