Gunman ‘in fear for his life’

A gunman who shot dead a father-of-two in front of shoppers on a busy street was in fear for his life and had no other option, the Old Bailey heard today (Fri). Christopher Erunse, 28, opened fire at 25 year-old Moses Fadairo during a suspected drugs dispute outside Mighty Meat butcher’s shop in Hackney, east London.
