Hit and run driver admits killing pedestrian

An uninsured BMW driver has admitted killing a pedestrian and failing to stop after the accident. Loislane Annon (corr), 33, collided with Vasile-Florin Oltenau, 30, in Portland Road, South Norwood, southeast London, at 7.30am on April 14 last year. She left the scene before police officers arrived at the scene and was located a short distance away within an hour, the Old Bailey heard.
