‘I was groomed and assaulted by ex head of police watchdog Michael Lockwood’

A woman who has accused the former head of Britain’s police watchdog of abusing her told a court that she was ‘groomed’ by him. Michael Lockwood, 65, is said to have assaulted two 14-year-old girls at a leisure centre in Hull, east Yorkshire, between 1979 and 1986.
