  An ‘impatient’ minicab driver ran over and killed a father-of-one as he rushed to pick up a fare. Ndricim Kurti, 31, hit Daniel Hancock, 41, at a mini-roundabout as he crossed the busy junction of Brentwood Road and Park Lane in Romford, east London.
