Jail for BMW salesman who killed two in 100mph smash

A speeding BMW driver who killed an ‘NHS hero’ and a mother of-four while rushing to get to work at 100mph in the rain has been jailed for 15 years. Dr Habiba Hajallie, 35, and Lisa Webber, 41, died in the smash on the M20 in Swanley, Kent, while builder Mark Heap, then 54, broke his leg and back.
