Jail for smugglers who specialised in ‘Cali’ weed

Two drug smugglers who made a fortune bring premium Californian cannabis into the UK have been jailed. Tejpal Vig, 36, and Rikesh Shah, 33, found their was a huge market for top quality ‘Cali’ weed which users preferred over homegrown strains. They employed foreigners to bring the weed into the UK from the US in their suitcases and at least 500 kilos went undetected.
