Killer ‘battered woman to death with hammer’

A Polish man accused of battering a mother to death with a hammer and leaving her body in his back garden appeared at the Old Bailey today (mon). Wojciech Tadewicz, 26, is said to have murdered 32-year-old Sandra Zmijan shortly after she put her children to bed and travelled from her home in Southall to his address in Hayes on he evening of 20 September.
