Killer driver’s case adjourned
The driver of a lorry which struck and killed an 87-year-old Labour peer will now enter a plea in March after his case was adjourned.. Kul Pandey, 56, collided with Lord Thomas Taylor of Blackburn on his mobility scooter at a road crossing on Millbank on November 16 last year.
