‘Knuckle duster was a necklace’

An accused knifeman caught fighting a rival with a ‘knuckle duster blade’ claims he was wearing the weapon as jewellery, a court heard. George Leuca, 39, was allegedly spotted by officers wielding a metal chain in a street brawl with a second man, who has not been named, at 1am on Saturday (2).
