A ‘cold-hearted’ fraudster who stole £66,000 from her dead mother’s pension pot to gamble away in Las Vegas was spared jail. Maria Blacklock, 58, moved to the gambling Mecca with her frail mum, Phyllis Millman, in the mid-2000s.
