‘Lovedown’ musician ‘shoved cop’ in Covid protest

A guitarist who holds ‘lovedowns’ against Covid regulations has appeared in court accused of pushing and shoving a female police officer. Thomas ‘Tommy’ O’Neill, 31, is a member of ‘Jam for Freedom’ a band which stages outdoor ‘lovedowns’ for small crowds in contravention of the government guidelines.
