A drug baron who made £3m dealing in top quality cocaine has been ordered to hand over just £73,000. Spencer Pasicznyk, 43, was jailed for 13 years in November 2015 after he admitted conspiring to flood the capital’s streets with the drugs. Pasicznyk and Ronald Hook, 37, set up a mixing factory in an industrial unit disguised as a legitimate builders’ firm in Clapton, east London.
