A drunken thug battered a man to death in the street and then blamed the victim for making him drop his takeaway noodles, a court heard. Lee Baker, 41, allegedly punched 48 year-old Alan Dutton five times in the face in a ‘gratuitous and unprovoked attack’ until he fell to the ground.
