Man accused of gang murder of Suhayb Abdulkadir remanded in custody

An alleged killer accused of stabbing his friend to death in a savage street attack has been remanded in custody. Faruq Ismail, 25, was allegedly part of a group attack on Suhayb Abdulkadir, 24, on Saint George’s Road, Leyton, on 23 April. Mr Abdulkadir was stabbed up to nine times by three men and collapsed nearby. Ismail, of Eclipse Road, Plaistow, appeared at the Old Bailey charged with murder.
