Muslim convert ‘planned West End terror attacks’

A Muslim convert accused of plotting a ‘large-scale, multiple-casualty vehicle-borne assault’ in London’s West End was remanded into custody. Lewis Ludlow, 26, allegedly planned to carry out a terror attack in Oxford Street and at other landmarks such as Madame Tussauds.
