Patient decapitated pigeon in clinic

A frustrated patient took out his anger at NHS waiting times by decapitating a live pigeon in a community clinic, a court heard. Celsio Rodrigues De Jesus, 45, was told there were no social workers available to see him at South Westminster Community Mental Health Hub on 10 December 2021.
