Pension boss may be too ill to stand trial

A pension fund manager accused of stealing £1 million from one of the richest local authorities may not be fit to stand trial, a court heard. Ian Woodall, 45, is said to have siphoned off £1,075,375.34 from Westminster City Council between 2009 and 2012. He is said to have done so while Tania Woodall, 46, allegedly concealed the proceeds valued at around £1 million.
