Protester to pay fine out of his dole payments

An anti-capitalist protester who obstructed police at the ‘Million Mask March’ has been given 38 weeks to pay off his fines from his dole payments. Lawrence Spiers, 60, defied police instruction to leave the Parliament Square area on November 5 last year.
