Romanian shoplifter jailed for £100,000 thieving spree

A prolific Romanian shoplifter who helped herself to more than £100,000 of beauty products from Boots in a nationwide thieving spree has been jailed for two years. Gabriella Stan, 25, mainly targeted branches across London including Ealing, Wandsworth, Camden and Kensington. But she also carried out offences in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Thames Valley, Surrey, Somerset and Pontypridd, south Wales.
