Romanian ‘tome raiders’ flew into Britain to grab priceless books

Detectives have recovered £2.5 million worth of books stolen by a Romanian gang of ‘tome raiders.’ Officers raided a rural farmhouse to seize works by Galileo, Sir Isaac Newton and Spanish Painter Francisco Goya which had been stolen from a warehouse in Feltham, south London.
