A crazed roofer stormed his neighbour’s flat and slashed his face from his mouth to his ear with a bread knife, a court heard. Jason Edwards was eating his breakfast when Jack Hawkins, 37, slashed him across the left cheek shouting ‘Do you know who I am?’.
