A family of roofers who conned vulnerable and elderly victims out of £500,000 in six months by charging huge fees for unnecessary work are facing jail. Brothers Patrick Cleere, 66, and William Cleere, 65, defrauded householders as old as 85 across London and Essex. A third brother, Timothy Cleere, 39, laundered the money they made.
