Serco bosses facing trial for tagging fraud

Two former Serco chiefs accused of defrauding the Ministry of Justice over the firm’s tagging contract will stand trial later this month. Nicholas Woods, 51, and Simon Marshall, 59, are accused of fraud by false representation and false accounting in relation to representations made to the MoJ between 2011 and 2013.
