A professional shoplifter who fleeced the NHS out of more than £18,000 in treatment costs while living in the UK illegally has walked free. Jamaican Natalie Francis, 54, used the name of her cousin to attend 16 NHS appointments at Kings College Hospital between July 2016 and October 2021.
