A social worker who threatened a vulnerable four-year-old boy with a ‘smack in the mouth’ has been suspended for four months. Victoria Ebulue, who worked for Croydon Council’s Children’s Social Services (CSC), threatened the child after he was allegedly rude to her, the Health and Care Professions Council heard.
