Mystery death of man who took a leak at MI5

  A man accused of causing criminal damage by urinating in the MI5 building foyer has died, a court heard. Thomas Palmer, 28, was arrested after he relieved himself in Thames House, Millbank, Vauxhall, on July 4, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.
