  A Syrian businessman who let a club promoter have a spin in a £130,000 Lamborghini only for him to write it off within a minute is set to face charges for perverting the course of justice, a court heard. Talal Alkassab, 39, is said to have been in the passenger seat when promoter Diyaa Lababidi, 34,  crashed the hired Gallardo during an ill-conceived promotional stunt for Drunch restaurant on Oxford Circus.
