Trial for death driver

A 25-year-old man faces trial in December over the death of a taxi driver who was killed in a fatal car crash. Hussein Elbahja is charged with causing the death of Kevin Gilby, 52, by careless driving. The London cabbie was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics after a car collided with his taxi at around 3.30pm on 5 June last year.
