Trial for ‘baby death’ drug company

A pharmaceutical company accused of supplying contaminated drip feeds linked to the deaths of three babies will face a crown court trial. ITH Pharma Ltd, based in Wembley, is charged with seven counts of selling medicine ‘not of the nature or quality specified in the prescription’.
