Trusted finance boss became online gambling addict

A finance manager who swindled more than £82,000 from his bosses to fund his online gambling is facing jail. David Philips (corr), 37, worked at a software firm called AlfaPeople where he was supposed to ‘safeguard’ the company’s monetary interests.
