Tube pest had homemade phallus in his trousers

A Portuguese chef sexually assaulted a woman in Oxford Circus tube with a homemade phallus he had stuffed down his trousers, a court heard. Victor Miguel Morais Rosado, 25, was seen by police officers rubbing his groin against the woman on the tube carriage.
