Two year trial delay for former chief constable

Former Northamptonshire Police chief constable Nick Adderley must wait two years to stand trial over claims he lied about his military career. Adderley, 59, is said to have falsely claimed he was a former lieutenant commander in the Royal Navy and had served in the Falklands War.
