Viscount facing jail over his ‘racist aggravated’ Facebook posts

A viscount who offered £5,000 for someone to ‘accidentally’ run over Brexit campaigner Gina Miller and posted about torturing Tony Blair was today (tues) warned he could go to jail. Rhodri Colwyn Philipps, 50, called Ms Miller a ‘hideous jumped up immigrant’ in a series of offensive Facebook rants.
