Wine scammers are jailed

A gang of conmen who posed as fine wine brokers to rip off pensioners in a £1 million scam were jailed for a total of more than 17 years. Adam Edwards, 37, Barry Warner, 38, Tarik Drissi, 35, Christopher Brummit, 36, and James Brooks, 34, cold-called vulnerable victims using fake names.
